Snowing at the Snows!

Last night we got a good amount of snow, which was exciting. Now, normally I don't like the snow, (just visiting it is fun) but this time it was kind of fun cause one, we never get snow that sticks this long before Christmas and two, I know it most likely won't be around for longer than a week at a time, in fact it is already starting to melt. So we decided to go out and enjoy it this morning and let Jacob enjoy his first snow....
Brad built Jacob a snowman and Jacob had so much fun watching him. He would laugh and laugh while watching Brad throw the snow and mash it. (the snowman building expert says that this kind of snow you can't roll into a ball you have to mash it :) )
And now some more pictures of my "Snowmen". They are so cute! Except for the evil looking white one in the background. We used almonds for the eyes and at first I thought it might make a chinese snowman but it ended up looking a little angry. I don't think he will be thumpity-thump-thumpitying. :)
Brad let Jacob taste it and I think he liked it. Then right before we went inside we decided to set him down on the snow to see if he would like to play in it, at first he liked it and then we tried to make a Jacob Snow-angel and then he started to cry, I think it was mostly cause he was tired it was a little past his nap-time. But it was a very fun morning and now Brad and I are sitting here drinking hot chocolate, so cozy, if only we had a fireplace.

Update...

Well I haven't posted in awhile mostly because there hasn't been much going on, just getting ready for Christmas! This is my mostest favorite time of the year! And I am looking forward to it more so this year cause it will be Jacob's first Christmas and we are going out to California where all of Brad's family will be (that's right all 10 of them together and it is going to be soooo much fun!) and we are looking forward to that. We finally got my car fixed and so now we don't have to put Jacob in the the "death trap" car anymore. Now that we have realized that we can survive with one car we are going to be selling Brad's car, one less payment to have to make every month. :)

Jacob is growing more and more and is getting the cutest personality. He loves to laugh! He has started walking while holding onto our hands and he gets the biggest smile on his face when he does and he is so proud of himself. He is going through some kind of phase cause he hasn't been sleeping very well at night for the last week, luckily Brad has this weekend off so I have been able to catch up on some sleep :-)

Brad is very excited, we went to his work Christmas party last night and he won an Ipod Nano, he was thrilled! We never win anything, or atleast not anything that nice!

Oh and some very exciting news is our crazy neighbors moved out today! YEAH!!!...we were so happy when we saw them loading up the moving truck, now we don't have to look for a new apartment anymore.

Sorry for such a boring post but I wanted to post something...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
